A blend of Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir, and Gamay. There’s no shortage of aromatics, pretty rose florals, and candied violet with these three varieties. Florals drift over a yin-yang of juicy, poppy, red and purple-berried fruit, and savoury cured meats. Aniseed candy and coastal herbs keep this in the savoury spectrum. There’s a lip-smacking succulence and an easy drinking nature at play here, but not at the sacrifice of flavour and persistence.
