A quirky Shiraz, of which half is 100% whole-bunch fermented and the other half is co-fermented in a 3,000-litre cuve with Negroamaro and Pinot Noir on top of the skins of Nero D'Avola. It has a joyful summer-pudding fruit freshness with wet earth, wild herb and savoury, meaty tones, supported by brisk acidity and velvety tannins. Uniquely tasty; just 3,850 bottles made.
