Fermented and aged in new and used French oak for 11 months, the style is fresh and savoury, with a lovely mineral character that's reminsicent of unoaked Chablis. Vibrant acidity underpins layers of grapefruit pith and juicy freshly sliced lemon. Drinking beautifully now.
