Fine, talc-like, expressive phenolics that take you on a journey and cling to the palate. There’s grip, verve and texture on a juicy, pure palate of crushed cardamom, white pepper, juniper berry, preserved lemon, lemongrass, pith and crushed lemon leaf. Taut, direct and precise; such crystalline, juicy fruit of impressive length. A gentle yet expressive and impactful wine; there’s power, but it’s not asserting it. Quietly controlled.
