A hug for the senses. Toasty oak, cinnamon, salt-baked nectarine, baked hay, apple spice, frankincense, rounded out with a flinty wink. The palate is mouthfilling, with sun-kissed stone fruit, camomile and opulent, churchy spice. Layer upon layer of golden texture. There's a plushness here, yet this is a precise, driven and long-limbed wine. Peachy keen. A multi-clonal blend from organic vines. Whole-bunch pressed, natural ferment, matured for 11 months, partly in clay vessels.
