Made by Malat, a family estate established in 1722, using the producer’s best fruits from Kremstal DAC. Fresh pear, white blossom and crushed stones on the nose. Crisp and lightly spiced on the palate of yellow apple, grapefruit and a hint of herbal bitterness. There are four versions of the ‘Crazy Creatures’ label; Caris Septempunctata, Papilio Scorpius, Locusta Cervus and Apis Octopoda.
