New Chapter, Grüner Veltliner, Niederösterreich, Austria 2022

The 2022 vintage Grüner Veltliner was fermented in stainless steel tanks, with yeast contact until bottling. Youthful with a bouquet of white blossom, Nashi pear, white peach, grapefruit and a hint of mint. White pepper-spiced, with textured nectarine, green apple peel and lime zest on the palate, refreshed by mineral acidity. Depth of thyme and honeydew melon leads to a long, spicy finish.
