Austria

Christian Madl has devoted himself exclusively to sparkling wine production. He focuses on a distinctive Austrian style of sparkling wine rather than imitating Champagne. Here, he has deliberately aged the Pinot Noir grapes in stainless steel to preserve the fresh raspberry and cherry fruit. Alongside these are hints of baguette, pastries and a touch of vanilla. The dosage provides a pleasant sweetness to balance the crisp acidity, all wrapped up in a smooth, creamy texture. The vibrant mousse enhances the fresh and youthful character.
