In contrast to Cinti’s criollas, this wine amply demonstrates the profound quality of which the region is capable with French varieties. A powerful yet multi-faceted Cab with spicy oak – chocolate cigarettes, vanilla, cedar – framing luscious plum, prune and black cherry fruit, and hints of pot pourri. Retains a gourmand green pepper/herbal edge which is integrated into the rich fruit profile. Very fine, grippy yet ripe tannins and a hint of iron on the salty finish.
