Sweet lime, grapefruit rind, sour peach/plum and a hint of pea/asparagus greenness, mint and gunflint. Sweet-savoury in expression, with a lovely mouth-filling texture and fleshy citrus and stone fruit. Tingle of salty acid at the end. Gastronomic, sapid, with mouthwatering citrus and tropical fruit. 1,542 bottles made.
