Only made in botrytis years – generally this means when the river floods, or after rare heavy rains in this dry region. 170g/l of sugar. Fermented in barrel for six months. Luminous and luxurious with notes of candied orange, lime marmalade, almonds, sultanas, saffron and honey. The silky palate lingers, with bright, sweet-lime acidity and a salty mineral tingle enlivening the intense, orange blossom honey sweetness. Delicious.
