Aromatic and fragrant, this traditional-method sparkling wine comes from the Pedrucci family, who have long been involved in sparkling wine production in Serra Gaúcha, southern Brazil. Showing notes of pear, white grapes and white blossom, Riesling Itálico comes to the fore, while Trebbiano adds a gentle creaminess and Chardonnay keeps the palate fresh. A drier alternative to aromatic Prosecco styles, with lovely freshness and balance.
