Brazil

This sparkling wine comes from one of the most important cooperatives in Brazil, located in Garibaldi, 100km north of Porto Alegre in Brazil’s southernmost state of Rio Grande do Sul. Made using a long-ageing Charmat method, the white wine spends 12 months on its lees in tank, developing delicate notes of canelé and pineapple cake alongside a gentle creaminess on the palate.
