The 2020 Hidden Bench Estate Riesling is a joyful Riesling made from a blend of the estate's organically certified vineyards in the Beamsville Bench. Flavours of apricots and key lime pie complement the aromas of apple blossoms and beeswax. Zesty acidity is in complete harmony with a touch of sweetness and a low ABV of only 10.4%. High fruit concentration, lovely texture with good complexity and a lingering finish. Serious but approachable.
