From the south-facing, windswept, coarse gravels of the upper bench of the Similkameen Valley, Corcelettes puts forth a pure-fruited, lush yet crunchy Syrah. Scents of mint and cranberry lead to darker tones on the palate, where dusty desert shrub flavours are tucked in. A subtle sheen of oak comes from predominantly French oak barrels, though there’s a small percentage of American oak too. Elegantly styled with everything balanced and in its place.
