Intense violet and iris heighten those pangs. Somehow, the dense raspberry palate remains bright and succulent. Light grape tannins fringe the edges. Unencumbered by wood as this refines in neutral barriques and puncheons. For enjoyment in the near term, it refreshes as much as it stimulates the appetite and scores huge for drinkability.
