Bachelder’s Wild West End lives up to its name. Sourced from a ‘mystery clone’ block within Wismer-Parke, this Pinot has earned a loyal following - and for good reason. Pale in colour, it opens with lifted aromas of sweet marjoram, rosemary, and Luxardo cherries. Silky tannins with a slightly rustic edge create beautiful texture, while crab apple, rhubarb, and sweet cherry flavours unfold alongside a hint of fresh fennel. There's excellent depth here, with layers that unravel slowly across a long, lingering finish. A wine that feels powerful in a beguiling way.
