Foot trodden Vidal grapes are fermented on their skins for around a week, and the resulting wine is is bottled on its lees. It's bone dry, with a cidery colour and a touch of cloudiness from the leesy sediment. The nose has punchy scents of orange zest, dried mango and peachy lift, while the palate is tangy and textured with a creamy lees character that comes through on the mid-palate, joined by orchard fruit, pineapple and stone fruit hints.
