Smells wild, very meaty, horse saddle, leather, toast, smoked bacon and wild herbs. Determined and straight with lots of life and energy, this sizzles with bite and tang. More fruity and clean than the nose suggests, this is straight, it loses some plumpness and weight towards the mid palate, just lightening up the expression and missing some energy but I like the style. It's refreshing and feels like it would be good with food. Clean and pure, easy enjoyment, quite stylish but the intensity on the ending isn't quite there for me right now.
