Plump organic wine from Chile’s cool Casablanca Valley, Syrah with a dash of Roussanne. Salvaje means ‘wild’ in Spanish. Dark ruby with a gorgeous ripe blackcurrant and tomato leaf nose. Dense, soft, juicy black fruits and savoury grilled meat notes. Glossy, elegant, good-value no-sulphite wine.
