Estevez, Sauvignon Blanc, Central Valley, Chile

A wine that smells like a greenhouse filled with tomatoes and peas, and tastes of lime citrus and kiwi fruit. There may be better, more expressive Sauvignons in the world, but for the price, this level of crisp, varietally true character is very hard to beat.
