Auma is a high-end biodynamic wine made by Cristóbal Undurraga in Los Lingues, an area of Colchagua with basalt soils that lend an intriguing character to this blend of 37% Cabernet Sauvignon, 36% Carmenere and the rest Malbec, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. Aged for two years in barrels and then kept for 9 months in concrete eggs, it offers a complex, fruity nose with leafy overtone. Vigorous, fully resolved tannins, persistent fruit.
