Chile

The nose is pretty with jasmine, lime and a hint of sherbet. The palate is super taut and tight with a sense of waxiness. Saline, fresh and with a complex and fine mid-palate. A lovely balance of lime, mandarin and floral notes, jasmine and such concentration, freshness and weight – really balanced and long. The herbal notes really shine through and the finish is wonderfully long, with a subtle saline note too.
