From a major producer but made in an artisanal manner with minimal intervention: wild yeasts and no filtration. The fruit was dry-farmed and hand-harvested. A delicate and faithful expression of the variety. Pretty nose with mint and elderflower aromas. The palate is fruity, with pineapple chunks and citrus. Fresh acidity is offset by assertive, albeit fine-grained tannins. Outstanding value.
