This might be lighter in colour than most País wines, yet it has a firm-but-fine tannic grip on the finish, with lifted herbaceous and mint notes, likely emphasised by a significant whole-bunch element. Fresh and savoury with a touch of bitterness and a sanguine note pulsating beneath – a fingerprint of granite terroir.
