Gorgeous nose, very Cinsault – red cherry, redcurrant, dried herbs. Just medium-bodied, with real freshness and detail. Focused, transparent and drinkable, with enjoyable space and fluidity in the wine. At least 60% whole berries in the tank, promoting a partial carbonic maceration during the few days fermentation. After four days the grapes are pressed and the wine, still fermenting, is racked into a stainless steel tank where it completes fermentation. Unfined, unfiltered, no additions.
