In the glass, preserved lemon, grapefruit, apple and pineapple fruit marries seamlessly with savoury notes; creaminess from time on lees is balanced by brisk acidity, with mineral purity on the long finish. From a single vineyard planted in 1979, this gem of a Semillon is fermented and aged in neutral oak to preserve its varietal expression. Will continue to evolve in bottle.
