A brilliant Casa Real on the Place this year. Floral and graphite aromas on the nose, so expressive and inviting. Clear and crystalline blackcurrant - juicy and succulent - putting this wine directly into the 'happy' category. Tension and vibrancy join plenty of power with silky fruit, spiced liquorice and tobacco edges and a delicious salty grip on the finish. Racy and streamlined, still tense but super polished and classy.  9% press wine. 3.58pH. Ageing 80% new oak, 20% used.
