Beguiling aromas of marizpan, dates and toasted almonds. The palate is unctious and honeyed. With flavours of ripe fig, and honeyed apricot. Prosek is the traditional Croatian sweet wine. Made in the passito style, with dried Žlathina grapes for this delightful bottling from Ivan Katunar. It's a rare production wine only made three times over the last decade, in 2013, 2017 and 2019, the warmest of vintages. It spends four years in 100% new 50L French oak and two years in barrel before release.
