A focused, mineral-driven Pošip, this comes from three vineyard sites at up to 600m altitude: Grabice, Nadsela and Čara (Korčula island). It is fermented and aged in barrel, where it spends nine months on lees, resulting in an elegant, layered white. Marked by its limestone soils (hence the name Stina), the wine is vertical and fresh, with a stony vibrancy that supports bitter stone fruit and a citrusy, pithy core.
