Ottolenghi – champion of Middle Eastern food via its delis, restaurants and cookbooks – has partnered with Czech winery, Krásná Hora to produce this own-label wine. A blend of Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Gewurztraminer and Pinot Blanc, it kicks off with an intriguing, lightly spiced and aromatic nose of peach, Cox's Orange Pippin apple, fresh herbs, floral notes and dried orange peel. Bone dry, complex palate with orchard fruit, stone fruit, orange zest, a clean streak of minerality and a mouthwatering finish. No prizes for guessing it's brilliant to pair with Middle Eastern dishes.
