Lightness and poise are central to this elegant Crémant from one of Alsace’s foremost domaines. It’s based on mostly Pinot Blanc, but the grape’s linearity and brightness set it apart, with small additions of Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris adding structure. Opens with the scent of lemon and untoasted white bread, while the palate brims with lemon and white pear flavours that make for a light-footed, streamlined aperitif. It spent 18 months on lees. Biodynamic.
