Like all pink Crémant d’Alsace, this is a pure Pinot Noir. Gentle smokiness on the nose speaks of a reductive style that soon makes room for a distant note of strawberry sorbet. The palate is light and strawberry-scented, the fruit enhanced by a supple dosage. Sprightly bubbles underline that sorbet character. A dry, fruit-driven Crémant that is superbly versatile with food. The finish is dry and smooth. Organic.
