Deep vibrant pink in colour, this Pinot Gris has seen around five weeks of what winemaker Bruno Schloegel calls infusion, whole bunches macerated along with their stems. This wine is as much about the entire sensory experience as it is about the flavours themselves. The wine is quite wide in the mouth, structured across the width of the tongue. Its texture is like felt, soft but with density. Notes of fresh tomato leaf underpin the rosehip and cranberry, with long, spicy acidity bringing length and finesse.
