The 26ha terraced Kitterlé site is volcanic in origin, with some sandstone, and mostly south-facing. This has a discreet apple and lime nose, with hints of Indian spice. It's sleek and concentrated in the mouth, a wine of tension and poise, with white pepper on the long, mineral finish.
