A blend of two thirds Pinot Noir and one third Pinot Gris. Gorgeous herbal nose, soft but identifiable, with strawberries, red cherries and orange zest. Such a light colour in the glass - beautiful light pink red. Quite high acidity and delicate tannins on the palate with fine and delicate red fruit flavours though lively and bright, with bite. Some bitter touches also, not toast or oak, but orange and grapefruit peel. This is a unique expression that delights in its subtlety and long-lasting minerality. Elegant, finessed and captivating. Serve slightly chilled.
