Juicy and fun - the fruit is the star of the show with blackcurrants and cherries alongside cool acidity and fine yet filling and grippy tannins. I like this style, confident but without pushing it. Ends more chewy and fleshy. Lots to get stuck into. Yield of 25hl/ha. Ageing 12-15 months (30% concrete vats, 70% one year French oak barrels).
