Plenty of Moulis charm on display here, with smoked caramel and sweet cocoa shavings. A silky texture, with uplift on the finish to give it balance. Enjoyable, and the tannins make their presence felt subtly but unmistakably. 30% new oak and a yield of 50hl/ha on clay-limestone and gravel soils.
