Gravelly soils at Bonalgue, located near to Libourne city on a warmer spot, but this has held its freshness and has a lovely warming turmeric and cinnamon spice feel, with round berry fruits and no dip through the mid palate. Appealing and seductive, a good job from this estate, and usually good value also. A yield of 41hl/ha, 3.65pH. Same owner as Clos du Clocher.
