Vanilla, lemon, orange and apple nose. Good weight and definition on the palate, with a hit of citrus and apricot juice with quite cool, creamy acidity that expands and widens the palate though is lacking some zip thanks to the shyness of Semillon right now. This does carry a bit more juice and thickness towards the finish but there's a sense of reticence. Harvest 24 - 26 August. Aged nine months. In organic conversion. Derenoncourt consultants.
