Heady and savoury aromatics of leather, black pepper, blackcurrants and plums. High acidity coupled with oak spice, heat and some clear graphite edges give this a touch of austerity with a cola and liquorice bite. A bit sombre but not heavy or thick with a streamlined structure and good focus on the finish. Well worked but needs a bit more time for the charm to shine.
