Green apple, and peas with some asparagus notes. Bright and zingy on the palate - a real lifted expression with drive and vibrancy but not too sharp or too lean. This is calm and controlled beyond the initial lemon, pear and apple aspect with a creamy but cool aspect on the finish. Easy to drink and enjoy with racy acidity but underpinning not overwhelming the fruit. Already bottled. Ageing 20% new oak barrels. A yield of 28hl/ha. 3.15pH.
