Clean and crystalline, quite a straightforward style, less focussed on plush fruit this is more structured and firm, cool and centred around fine tannins with a saline grip. There’s some juiciness which keeps the expression lifted and this ends cool and fresh. Well worked still with plenty of nuance. I like this. It’s very honest, no make up, nothing covering the expression of the season, the grapes and the terroir. One third normal production, 30,000 instead of 150,000.
