From the Guignard brothers, this is unoaked, and with a majority of Sémillon it is extremely tight in its fruit expression. The Sauvignon Blanc is a little more dominant aromatically, although the silky texture underneath again points to its Sémillon dominance. Bright and attacking, with a mineral lick. A good quality, easy drinking wine for the early to mid term.
