Fragrant and intense on the nose - dried flowers, black fruits and liquorice. Scented and really quite heady. Round and supple in the mouth, a really appealing and enjoyable weight and texture - smooth and round. The palate has hints of dark chocolate, tobacco, vanilla and toast alongside bramble blackcurrant and plum fruit with a fresh mentholated finish. Clean and direct, this has great energy with no hint of over ripeness. Ends long and lifted with cool blueberries and hints of mint and graphite. Extremely impressive.
