So fragrant on the nose–pink roses and violet scents. Clean and so juicy, really pure and focused on the fruit – cherries, raspberries and fragrant blackcurrants. Chalky tannins give a powdery sensation but the fruit is really at the fore. Sweet fruit, grippy tannins and a fresh, chalky mineral element on the finish. Lovely. 3% Malbec completes the blend. Yield of 37hl/ha.
