Natural Cork

Cloudy in appearance. The nose shows chocolate, cocoa, dark cherries and kirsch, with cassis and cassis jam. Vertical and linear on the palate, with chewy tannins still. Good structure and concentration, with a hint of oxidation, though well managed. A bit more heat comes through with aeration. Extremely fresh, almost a touch green with its high Cabernet Franc proportion. Full of energy despite the age.
