Supple and ample in the mouth with a bright, mouth-watering core and sides of crushed stones, velvety soft but there’s something so deep and layered about this wine, with waves of cinnamon spice, blackcurrant leaf, cherry and raspberry. Chewy, bright, this has such personality, not serious at all, but there’s a firm backbone with fleshy fruit and bright acidity. Lovely. Will put on some more bones over aging. 78 IPT. 4.5% press wine. 35.3% of total production.
