This wine has lovely precision, with touches of exoticism and spice, and fleshy fruit you see in vintages like 2009. As a side note, technical director Hélène Génin says that even though the vintage was difficult in terms of mildew they never thought about giving up on biodynamics as they are ‘fully wedded to the philosophy’. A yield of 24hl/la with 21% of production going into this wine.
