Cool and fresh blue fruit tones on the nose. Smooth - the tannins are so soft - this is a really easy going expression, juicy, salty strawberries with an element of chalkiness that makes it slightly less vibrant but still full of flavour. Relaxed. A great effort for a third wine from the challenging 2021 vintage. Has a very classic, cooling, savoury, good-with-food expression. Balanced and really harmonious. 70 IPT. 6.9% press wine. 24.2% of production.
